On 9 December 2021, Norva24 Group's shares started trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. The price in the offering was SEK 36 per share, corresponding to a total market value of the company of approximately SEK 6.9 billion.

Norva24 is the market leader within the fragmented Northern European Underground Infrastructure Maintenance (UIM) services market. As of September 30, 2021, Norva24 operated 66 branches in Norway, Germany, Sweden and Denmark, with approximately 1,415 employees and approximately 860 active operating vehicles in its vehicle fleet.

Carnegie and Citigroup acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners. Danske Bank, DNB Markets and SEB acted as Joint Bookrunners. Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to the Joint Bookrunners with an international Capital Markets team consisting of Henric Roth, Joakim Falkner, Per Blom, Linnea Back, Marlene Wiklund and Sophie Gidlund in Stockholm, Megan Schellinger and Charles Farnsworth in London as well as Paul DePasquale and Jayshree Narendran in New York.
