On 1 December 2021, Solid Försäkring's shares started trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. The listing was carried out after the bank Resurs distributed the shares in Solid Försäkring to Resurs’ shareholders in accordance with the so-called Lex Asea rules. Following the completion of the distribution, Solid Försäkring has approximately 29,000 shareholders and is the only listed insurance company on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Solid Försäkring was founded in 1993 and is now a successful company in the insurance industry. The focus is on niche coverage, with the Nordic region as main market. The company partners with leading retail chains in various sectors, and has about 2.3 million customers across the Nordic region.
