Kimberly Franko Lower has joined Baker McKenzie's North America Employment & Compensation Practice Group as a Partner based in New York, where she will advise clients on employment law matters arising from mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as the negotiation and drafting of sophisticated employment, consulting, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements.
Kim brings years of experience advising multinational companies on a range of issues relating to federal, state and local labor, employment, and immigration laws regarding US and cross-border transactions. Kim joins Baker McKenzie from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
