Baker McKenzie Acted As Legal Advisors In Connection With Cint's Primary Issuance Of Shares

Cint Group AB has carried out a primary issuance of shares of approximately SEK 4.4 billion at a subscription price of SEK 111.50 per share. The subscription price was determined through an accelerated book-building procedure. 

Cint is a software leader in digital insights gathering. The company has 14 offices globally, including Stockholm, London, New York, Berlin, Singapore, Tokyo and Sydney.

Carnegie Investment Bank and Danske Bank acted as Joint Bookrunners. Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to the Joint Bookrunners with an international team consisting of Capital Markets lawyers Joakim Falkner, Johanna Flink and Stefan Balazs in Stockholm and Adam Farlow and Charles Farnsworth in London, as well as tax lawyers Paul DePasquale and Jayshree Narendran in New York.
