Baker McKenzie advised We Are Padel in its divestment to Triton

Baker McKenzie has advised the owners of We Are Padel in connection with its divestment to the private equity firm Triton. The transaction is part of Triton's investment to form the company LeDap Group, which is planned to become one of the global leading companies in padel.

We Are Padel is one of the largest Swedish companies in the fast-growing sport of padel. By the end of 2022, the company expects to have expanded its operations to 200 halls and over 1,700 courses.

Baker McKenzie's core deal team consisted of partner John Gustafson and associates Alex Ydstie, Isabel Starkebo and Daniel Högström.
