Baker McKenzie advises Zürcher Kantonalbank and Credit Suisse on CHF 900 million refinancing to Viseca

Baker McKenzie assisted Zürcher Kantonalbank and Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. in a CHF 900 million refinancing for Viseca group through an innovative bilateral financing structure.

Viseca is one of the largest Swiss issuers of credit cards and prepaid cards offered by the world's leading brands. The Viseca group is wholly owned by Swiss retail and cantonal banks, such as the Raiffeisen Group, cantonal banks, regional banks, Migros Bank, Bank Cler and commercial and private banks.

Baker McKenzie advised the banks on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction.
