On 8 October 2021, the first day of trading in Truecaller AB's shares on Nasdaq Stockholm occurred. The IPO attracted strong interest from Swedish and international institutions as well as the general public in Sweden. The price in the offering was SEK 52 per share, corresponding to a total market value of the company of approximately SEK 19.4 billion, making Truecaller Sweden's biggest tech IPO to date.
Truecaller is the leading global platform for caller-identification and avoiding spam calls and messages. The newly issued B shares provided Truecaller with approximately SEK 1 billion before deductions for costs.
Carnegie Investment Bank AB, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, JP Morgan AG and Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners. Numis Securities Limited and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB acted as Joint Bookrunners.
