Steven Tseng has joined Baker McKenzie's North America Tax Practice in New York as a Principal Economist, bringing more than 25 years of experience advising multinational firms on business transformation, transfer pricing, IP planning, valuations, M&A, post-merger integration across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions.

Based in New York, Steven was a partner at PwC, where he led the Global Value Chain Transformation Tax Network and the Asia Business Center. Prior to PwC, Steven was a partner at KPMG, where he led the Asia Pacific Transfer Pricing, China & Hong Kong Transfer Pricing and Finnish Financial Advisory (Deals) Services. Steven left PwC on January 1, 2020 to head Ampac Enterprises LLC to expand its real estate portfolio as well as its philanthropic endeavors.

Steven received his BA and MBA in Economics from Dartmouth College. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers.
