Leading global law firm Baker McKenzie has advised longstanding client Unilever on the disposal of its Bertolli branded pasta sauces, pesto and mayonnaise business in Continental Europe to Enrico-Glasbest, a Dutch manufacturer and supplier of premium and speciality food products.
