A cross-border Baker McKenzie team led by Jingjin Guo (partner – Geneva) and Derek Liu (partner – San Francisco) have successfully assisted Salesforce in its acquisition of Lintao SA, a global Tableau partner based in Geneva (Switzerland) that delivers analytics dashboard templates and consulting expertise in dashboard design. 

Salesforce is the world's number one customer relationship management platform. The acquisition of Lintao SA enables Salesforce to streamline its dashboard portfolio for even better customer experiences. 

The cross-border and all-around capabilities of Baker McKenzie to lead commercial and structuring strategy in a complex cross-border environment through multilingual advisory works was key at all stages of the transaction and for the successful closing.
