Baker McKenzie advises Patrimonium Private Equity on its investment in Octo Actuators

Patrimonium Private Equity is investing in Octo Actuators, a fast-growing leader in the sector of integrated drive systems for the bed and furniture industry. The Zurich office of leading global law firm Baker McKenzie advised Patrimonium on all legal aspects in this transaction.
Patrimonium is taking a stake in Octo Actuators' Swiss holding company and will support future growth through capital increases. It is envisioned that the innovative and fast-growing company shall further expand its business with new products and the development of new customer segments and international markets.
German-based Octo Actuators has a turnover of around EUR 20 million with 90 employees, and develops, manufactures and distributes motorized drive systems throughout Europe and selectively in Asia. Its innovative electric drive systems are used in slatted, upholstered and box spring beds as well as motorized mattresses and upholstered furniture.
The Baker McKenzie team was led by Alexander Fischer and Matthias Trautmann and further consisted of Susanne Liebel-Kotz, Roger Thomi, Ramon Tissafi, Patricia Reichmuth, Fabienne Bretscher, Yannic Schoenenberger and Anna Zellweger.
