Baker McKenzie assists Just Eat in the lease of new Italian headquarters

Baker McKenzie assisted Just Eat — part of Just Eat Takeaway.com, a leader in the food delivery market — in negotiating the lease agreement for its new Italian headquarters De Castilla 23, an architectural icon located in the Porta Nuova district in Milan. 

With almost 6,000 square meters spread over six floors, the new office will house over 400 employees and will be a flexible workspace that combines innovation and sustainability.

Baler McKenzie assisted Just Eat with a team led by Rita Marchetti, partner of the Real Estate department.
