Eways AB has completed a SEK 70 million pre-IPO private placement, with participation from AltoCumulus Asset Management (part of Axel Johnson Group), Ålandsbanken Nordiska Småbolag and Knutsson Holdings. The private placement consisted of a primary offering of SEK 70 million and a secondary offering of shares of SEK 20 million.

Eways is the leading independent operator of charge points for electric vehicles in Sweden. The investment will be used to further develop the company’s digital services and to establish Eways in Europe. Eways board of directors has decided to apply for a listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market during 2022.

ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial adviser to Eways while Baker McKenzie acted as legal adviser to Eways with a capital markets team consisting of Joakim Falkner and Nanna Trulsson.
