Baker McKenzie announced today that it has advised Willamette Management Associates, a valuation consulting and forensic analysis firm, in its acquisition by Citizens Financial Group (NYSE: CFG).
Founded in 1969 and based in Chicago, Atlanta and Portland, Oregon, Willamette Management Associates provides a range of financial advising services to corporate clients and the legal profession. The transaction adds the business valuation thought leadership and talent of Willamette to Citizens, one of the nation's oldest and largest financial institutions.
