Baker McKenzie advises Feelgood in mandatory cash offer from Terveystalo Healthcare

Baker McKenzie have advised Feelgood Svenska AB ("Feelgood") in connection with a mandatory cash offer from Terveystalo Healthcare Oy ("Terveystalo Healthcare") for a consideration of SEK 5.70 per share.

Feelgood is a leading Swedish healthcare company that helps companies and organizations to improve productivity and reduce costs by working systematically and preventively with work environment, sustainable health, leadership, employeeship and, if necessary, rehabilitation or crisis management.

Terveystalo Healthcare is the largest healthcare service company in Finland, offering versatile healthcare, occupational healthcare, medical and examination services in 300 clinics around Finland.

Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Feelgood with a team consisting of Joakim Falkner, Carl Svernlöv, Mattias Hedwall, Johanna Flink, Ian Gulam and Maja Uppgren.
