Baker McKenzie acts for Youfoodz Holdings in connection with its proposed acquisition by HelloFresh SE

Baker McKenzie advised Youfoodz Holdings Limited in connection with the proposed acquisition of it by leading meal-kit company HelloFresh SE by scheme of arrangement for a total consideration of approximately AUD 125 million.

The Baker McKenzie team was led by corporate partners Lance Sacks and Rick Troiano, and associates Kurt Fisher and Lewis Assness.
