Baker McKenzie advised Royal De Heus on the acquisition of Coppens Diervoeding

On 20 July 2021, Royal De Heus announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Coppens Diervoeding, which is specialized in the production of high-quality leading animal feeds. Baker McKenzie has proudly advised Royal De Heus in this transaction.

The core Baker McKenzie team consisted of Mohammed Almarini, Youri van 't Hul and Casper Henschen. The intended transaction still requires approval from the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM).
