Baker McKenzie advised New Amsterdam Invest N.V. in Euronext Amsterdam listing

New Amsterdam Invest N.V. completed the listing of 2,455,125 units consisting of Ordinary Shares and Warrants on Euronext Amsterdam. New Amsterdam Invest N.V. intends to use the proceeds from the listing of the Units to find a suitable target entity in the real estate sector.
