Dec Group acquires Extract Technology business

Dec Group, the leading global provider of contained powder handling systems has acquired the Extract Technology business from US based Wabash National Corporation, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: WNC). Extract Technology is a leading provider of containment and aseptic systems for the pharmaceutical, biotech, nuclear and chemical markets.

Baker McKenzie advised UBS Switzerland AG and Banque Cantonale Vaudoise as mandated lead arrangers on all Swiss, English, US and Polish law aspects relating to the financing of the acquisition of the Extract Technology business. The team was led by Lukas Glanzmann (Partner, Banking & Finance) and Philip Spoerlé (Senior Associate, Banking & Finance) and further comprised Sarah Poncini (Associate, Banking & Finance) in Zurich as well as various other team members in England, the United States and Poland.
