Baker McKenzie works with Banco BPM in financing the development of a real estate asset for logistic use

The Banking & Finance department of Baker McKenzie, coordinated by Partner Alberto Fornari, assisted Banco BPM in a EUR 31,9 million financing operation for a company of the group headed by AKNO Group for the design, construction and management of a building for logistic use. 

Baker McKenzie assisted Banco BPM with a team led by counsel Giorgio Telarico, assisted by associate Francesco Ciociola and junior associate Camilla Bassi for the financial aspects, senior associate Mario Cigno and junior associate Francesca Montefusco for the administrative aspects, and counsel Francesco Florenzano for the tax aspects of the transaction.
