Baker McKenzie is acting as Hong Kong law counsel to the Joint Sponsors — ABCI Capital Limited, China Securities (International) Corporate Finance Company Limited, CCB International Capital Limited and Yue Xiu Capital Limited — on Yuexiu Services Group Limited's ("Yuexiu Services") global offering and proposed listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Hong Kong Public Offering commences in Hong Kong today.

Yuexiu Services is an urban operation service provider in China and a key market player offering integrated property management services in the Greater Bay Area. The company offers non-commercial property management and value-added services and commercial property management and operational services.

The Baker McKenzie team is led by Capital Markets Partner Hang Wang in Beijing, with support from Private Equity/ M&A Partner Dorothea Koo in Hong Kong. Other team members include Special Counsels Janice Wong and Rachel Wang (Hong Kong), and Associates Sophie Fu and Brian Ge (Beijing), Ray Chan (Hong Kong) and Daisy Chen (Shanghai). The team has lead responsibility for prospectus drafting, securities and regulatory issues, communication with the regulators and general transaction management.
