The financing is documented under a Swiss law governed facility agreement and takes the form of a committed term loan facility which is secured by a comprehensive collateral package including a high-profile art collection located in the United Kingdom. A major foreign bank domiciled in Switzerland acted as sole lender in connection with this financing transaction.
