The transaction ― announced on 26 April and closed on 28 May 2021 ― brings together Informa (a United Kingdom-listed publishing, business intelligence, and exhibitions group), Novantas (a leading provider of solutions for financial services professionals) and Inflexion (a mid-market private equity firm).
