Baker McKenzie advised Nalka Invest in connection with the acquisition of Uniwater from SEB Private Equity and other shareholders.

Uniwater, headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, is a leading provider of water and wastewater infrastructure solutions with around 200 employees and operations across Sweden and Norway. The transaction is subject to customary approvals.

Nalka invests in small- and medium-sized businesses primarily in the Nordic region.

Baker McKenzie's core deal team consists of Costin Mihailescu, John Gustafson, Alex Ydstie and Maja Nilsson.
