Baker McKenzie advises Intercity Group Holding AG on its partnership with DBS Group

Leading global law firm Baker McKenzie has advised real estate services company Intercity Group Holding AG on entering into a strategic partnership with DBS Group, the Swiss subsidiary of the French Foncia Group, for their property management activities under the new brand IntercityGribi. 

Within the framework of this partnership, DBS Group, which acquired real estate service provider Gribi two years ago, has assumed 50% of the shares in Intercity Bewirtschaftung AG, Intercity Group's property management company. With this partnership, the combined IntercityGribi brand emerges as one of the leading property management companies in German-speaking Switzerland.

In the future, DBS Group and Intercity Group will combine their experience in property management. The existing branch offices of Gribi Bewirtschaftung and Intercity Bewirtschaftung will operate as "pure players" under the IntercityGribi brand.
