Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to FSN Capital V and its portfolio company Fellowmind in connection with the acquisition of Project-IT, a Finnish IT consulting company.
FSN Capital is a leading private equity adviser in the Northern European region with €2,2 billion under management. Fellowmind is a digitalization consulting company employing 1.600 employees across Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Poland and The Netherlands and has a total turnover of €200 million. Project-IT is a Finnish IT consulting company specialized in project management, test management and IT.
With the addition of Project-IT, Fellowmind strengthens its holistic go to market approach in Finland and abroad. Project-IT will complement Fellowmind’s broad portfolio with highly experienced project managers. Together with the current Finnish team, Fellowmind is now able to offer an integrated approach to the customer’s digital transformation journey. The acquisition is part of Fellowmind's growth strategy in partnership with FSN Capital V.
