Baker McKenzie legal advisor to founders of Brödernas in divestment to Litorina

Baker McKenzie advised the founders in the sale of a majority stake in Brödernas, the fast-growing restaurant chain focused on serving high-quality burgers and pizza in Sweden, to the private equity firm Litorina. The founders and management team will remain significant owners, and Litorina will support them to continue the successful expansion in Sweden and internationally.

Brödernas, founded in 2017, is a premium casual dining and fast casual restaurant chain, targeting a broad public by serving high-quality smashed burgers, Neapolitan pizza and fresh salads in an inviting atmosphere with welcoming and service-oriented staff.

Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to the founders of Brödernas with a team consisting of Anna Orlander, John Gustafson, Alex Ydstie, Isabel Starkebo, Markus Meuller and Erik Brinck.
