Baker McKenzie legal adviser to Capillar Equity in the formation of Nordic Climate Group

Capillar Equity has together with 20 companies in the cooling industry formed Nordic Climate Group. The aim is to create a strong and prominent player in projecting, installation and service of cooling and heating with ancillary services for the Swedish market. Already from the start, Nordic Climate Group consists of 20 cooling industry companies and twelve franchisees. Together, the group has sales of SEK 1.3 billion and about 500 employees. Baker McKenzie acts as legal advisor to Capillar Equity in the transaction.
