Baker McKenzie assists SAP in the disposal of its Digital Interconnect business to Sinch

Baker McKenzie assisted SAP, which acted through the company SAP Italia Sistemi Applications Products in Data Processing, in the disposal of the Italian portion of SAP's Digital Interconnect business to Sinch AB, a company listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, following the completion of the global transaction.

The SAP group offers cloud communication services to more than 1,500 companies worldwide that are active in the sectors of high technology, banking, payment systems, retail distribution and mobile telephone operators.

Sinch, a group active in cloud telecommunications for mobile telephony, is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden and it is present in more than 40 countries.

Baker McKenzie assisted SAP with a team comprising Partner Paola Colarossi and Associate Margherita Pasi for corporate profiles, Partner Massimiliano Biolchini for labor profiles, and Partner Raffaele Giarda and Counsels Antonio Lattanzio and Andrea Mezzetti for regulatory profiles.
