Baker McKenzie advised People Can Fly in the legal aspects of the acquisition of 100 percent shares in Canada-based Game On Creative, Inc. The transaction provides for a share swap with PCF shares and the reinvestment of Game On's founder in PCF.
Our team was led by prof. Pawel Wajda, of counsel, and Radzym Wójcik, senior associate, from the firm's office in Warsaw and by Nancy Hamzo and Evgeniya Shagarina from the Baker McKenzie office in Toronto.
