Jeremy Moore has joined Baker McKenzie's North America Transactional Practice Group as a partner in the firm's Houston office, where he will advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private placements of debt and equity securities, as well as securities offerings and compliance issues. He joins the Firm from Baker Botts.

In addition to his extensive background in mergers and acquisitions, Jeremy brings a wealth of knowledge in private equity and capital markets. Jeremy is a leader in his field, having been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2014 through 2021.

Jeremy received his BS from Stephen F. Austin State University and his JD from the University of Houston Law Center. Jeremy is licensed to practice in Texas.
