Global law firm Baker McKenzie announced the addition of Diego Sánchez Villarreal as Partner in the Transactional Practice Group, focusing on banking and finance. Diego will contribute his extensive knowledge in corporate finance, as well as mergers & acquisitions, enhancing the Firm’s offering to clients in this important area.

Diego has more than 15 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, capital markets and financing, including structured finance. He has participated in multiple high profile and innovative transactions, including numerous capital markets offerings. Diego has also advised companies in complex transactions at the national and international level.
