Ethan Kroll has re-joined Baker McKenzie's North America Tax practice as a partner in the Los Angeles office, where he will advise businesses on navigating a rapidly evolving tax environment.
Ethan brings years of experience advising multinational companies on international tax planning, intellectual property migrations, business transformation, transfer pricing, M&A tax, and other tax matters in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions. He will re-join Baker McKenzie after two years at Ernst & Young, having previously served as partner and associate at Baker McKenzie for nearly a decade.
