Abhishek Dubé has joined Baker McKenzie's North America International Commercial practice as counsel in its Dallas office, where he will assist clients with franchise and distribution transactional and regulatory matters, including domestic and cross-border transactions, registration and disclosure, and mergers and acquisitions.
Abhi brings vast experience in a range of industries, including food and beverage, hotel and lodging, retail, fitness, automotive, and alcohol. His years of working with new and existing franchise programs, counseling clients with US and international franchise law compliance, and structuring and negotiating franchise and distribution transactions for some of the world’s leading brands will enhance the firm's North America practice.

In addition to US transactions, Abhi advises on transactions in Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Europe, CIS, GCC, MENA and Australia/Oceania. He joins Baker McKenzie from DLA Piper.
