Baker McKenzie Warsaw and Prague offices advised Energetický a průmyslový holding, a.s. (EPH), a major Czech Republic-based energy & utilities company, on the sale of its 38.946% shareholding, as well as Braindour Development Limited on the sale of its 61,029% shareholding in Polish coal mine Przedsiębiorstwo Górnicze SILESIA Sp. z o.o. (PG Silesia) to Bumech, a Polish mining equipment company.
The Baker McKenzie team advising EPH on the transaction was led by Warsaw-based partner Tomasz Krzyżowski and Prague-based partner Tomáš Skoumal, as well as Senior Associate Łukasz Targoszyński.
