Baker McKenzie has advised VIS Finance S.A., Luxembourg, and ELM B.V., The Netherlands, on the updates of their respective Secured Securities Programmes (Programmes). The Programmes have been prepared in compliance with the new prospectus regime, established by the Swiss Financial Services Act (the FinSA), and approved by and registered with SIX Exchange Regulation Ltd (SIX) in its capacity as review body under the FinSA. The Programmes have been approved by SIX on 25 September 2020.
Baker McKenzie acted as Swiss legal advisor to both issuers and provided comprehensive legal and regulatory advice.
