Baker McKenzie Partners Rebecca Leon and Margarita Oliva Sainz de Aja  have been named among Latin America's Top 100 Female Lawyers by Latinvex, the leading Latin America business news publication.

Lawyers on the list were selected based on a combination of factors, including their track record on major deals and business, prominence of their firm in Latin America, and recent rankings. Latinvex research was based on data provided by the firms, publicly-available data, as well as recognition from third parties such as Chambers and Partners, the Legal 500 and M&A data from Refinitiv.

Rebecca is based in Miami and is Co-Lead of Baker McKenzie's North America Broker-Dealer Regulation Team. She counsels broker-dealers and other financial services clients on structuring and developing their global operations to guide clients through the legal challenges of their international initiatives.
