Legal Advisors Abdulaziz Alajlan & Partners, in association with Baker McKenzie Limited, has advised Grundfos Holding A/S, the world’s largest pump manufacturer based in Denmark, on its acquisition of the entire share capital of Silhorko-Eurowater A/S, a European company focused on water treatment solutions.
The transaction has been approved by the General Authority for Competition on 21 September 2020, and remains subject to the customary regulatory approvals.
