Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Eniro in an arbitration win against Enento Group and UC.Baker McKenzie's team consisted of partner Stefan Bessman and senior associate Christofer Isaksson.

The arbitration concerns Eniro's sale of Proff bolagen in 2019.

A panel of arbitrators appointed by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce settled the dispute. According to the arbitration award, Enento Group and UC will pay Eniro SEK 20.8 million, plus interest. Enento Group and UC will also pay Eniro's legal expenses and costs relating to the Arbitration Institute.

Eniro is a Nordic company that helps small and medium-sized companies with digital marketing. Eniro also has a search service that aggregates, filters and presents information to help individuals find and come into contact with each other, and with companies.
