Ferroamp Elektronik AB (publ) has completed a private placement of shares through an accelerated book building procedure, performed by ABG Sundal Collier, raising SEK 102 million before transaction costs.

Ferroamp is a fast growing company within cleantech offering advanced energy- and effect optimized solutions for real estate.

The proceeds from the private placement will be used to accelerate the company's European expansion, enable continued investments in solutions and services to take advantage of market opportunities and to secure higher working capital needs.

A number of existing and new institutional investors participated in the private placement, including Nordea Fonder, AP1 (First AP Fund) and Nordic Cross.

Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Ferroamp. Baker McKenzie’s team consisted of Joakim Falkner, Ian Gulam, Olof Larsson and Marlene Wiklund. ABG Sundal Collier acted as sole global coordinator and sole bookrunner in connection with the transaction.
