Enad Global 7 AB (publ) has completed a private placement of shares through an accelerated book building procedure, performed by Carnegie Investment Bank and Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige, raising approximately SEK 429 million before transaction costs.
EG7 is a group of companies within the gaming industry that develops, markets, publishes and distributes PC, console and mobile games to the global gaming market.
The proceeds from the private placement will strengthen EG7’s financial position and thereby enable the company to act on acquisition opportunities for further consolidation in the gaming market.
Several new Swedish and international institutional investors, including TIN fonder and Creades, as well as certain existing shareholders subscribed in the private placement.

Carnegie Investment Bank acted as Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner in connection with the transaction and Nordea Bank, Abp, filial i Sverige, acted as Joint Bookrunner.
