Sdiptech AB (publ) has completed a private placement of shares through an accelerated book building procedure, performed by ABG Sundal Collier AB and Nordea Bank Abp branch in Sweden, providing the company with proceeds of approximately SEK 353 million before costs related to the transaction.

The transaction was significantly oversubscribed and involved both Swedish and international investors, including, among others: Invesco Asset Management, Danske Invest, Swedbank Robur Fonder and Handelsbanken Fonder, and several new investors.
