Jessica Nall, an experienced white collar defense and corporate investigations lawyer, has joined Baker McKenzie as a Partner in its San Francisco office.
Jessica brings nearly 20 years of experience in defending companies and individuals against charges, claims, and investigative and regulatory inquiries by the US Department of Justice, US Securities and Exchange Commission, and California Attorney General's Office, and representing them in related complex civil litigation. She has developed a sophisticated practice conducting internal corporate investigations for companies in the technology, financial services, energy and healthcare industries, with a focus on technology companies headquartered in Silicon Valley. Jessica has particularly deep experience in the areas of criminally-prosecuted trade secrets theft, information security and privacy, cryptocurrencies and tokens, ICOs, and blockchain technology.
Jessica will be a member of Baker McKenzie's North America Litigation & Government Enforcement Practice. She joins from Farella Braun & Martel.

An active member of the legal community, Jessica currently serves as the Global Vice Chair of the Women's White Collar Defense Association, Co-chair of the Northern California White Collar Crime Subcommittee of the ABA, Vice-chair of the ABA Criminal Justice Section's Women in White Collar Subcommittee, and the Chair/Founding Member of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association.

In addition, she has been recognized by Northern California Super Lawyers in the area of White Collar Crime every year since 2013. Jessica is also ranked in Chambers USA for White Collar Crime & Government Investigations in California.
