Hansen Holding A/S, a global bioscience company that develops natural ingredient solutions for the food, nutritional, pharmaceutical and agricultural industries in its agreement to acquire 100% of Wisconsin-based UAS Laboratories LLC, a B2B company specializing in clinically documented probiotics.
UAS Labs was acquired from the private equity fund Lakeview Equity Partners, management team and other shareholders. The acquisition was completed on July, 28, 2020.
