Embracer Group completes an issuance of 18.5 million class B shares, raising proceeds of approximately SEK 1.6 billion before transaction costs.

The subscription price of SEK 89 per share has been determined through an accelerated book-building procedure led by Carnegie Investment Bank and Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG.
