Baker McKenzie has advised the American group listed on the Nasdaq, Computer Task Group (CTG), one of the leaders in the supply of information technology solutions and services in North America and in Europe, in the framework of the acquisition of StarDust, a leader in testing and quality assurance for digital services based in France and in Canada.
Thanks to this acquisition, CTG has increased its presence in the high-growth testing market. The group also acquires a more flexible and more rapid testing solution thanks to crowdtesting, establishes a foothold on the French testing market and extends capabilities in Canada and in the US.
After a first acquisition in France in 2018 (Soft Company, a computer services company which specialises in consulting and digital transformation), CTG is continuing its development in Europe and in France in particular.
