The cloud communications services company Sinch AB has carried out a directed new share issue of 5 million shares, raising approximately SEK 1.5 billion before transaction costs.
The subscription price was set at 300 SEK per share, and determined through an accelerated book building process led by Carnegie, Danske Bank and Handelsbanken Capital Markets.
The directed new share issue generated interest from a large number of Swedish and international institutional investors and was significantly oversubscribed.
Carnegie, Danske Bank and Handelsbanken acted as Joint Bookrunners in connection with the directed new share issue. Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to the Joint Bookrunners. Baker McKenzie's team consisted of Joakim Falkner, Henric Roth and Ian Gulam from Stockholm and of Adam Farlow and Roger James from London.
