Launched in 2011, the LCLD Fellows Program is an ambitious, highly structured initiative built to increase diversity at the leadership levels of US law firms and corporate legal departments. The LCLD Pathfinder Program is designed for diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations.
Upon completion of their respective programs, all three attorneys will become part of a community of more than 1,600 Fellows and Pathfinders who mentor younger diverse attorneys, continue with their career training, and maintain a dynamic national network.
