Will K. Woods, Global Franchising Practice Head said, "I am truly thankful for this recognition of our global franchising experts. This is a testament to the quality of service that our terrific team of lawyers and other professionals provide our clients in the US and around the world." Along with Franchising, the Firm has also ranked Band 1 for Global-wide Commercial Contracts, a position it has held since 2015. The group's skill in serving clients across "a full range of commercial matters including foreign governmental contracts, greenfield projects, cross-border mergers and licensing agreements" was commended as well as our expertise on all aspects of supply chain agreements.

"I am honored and grateful for this recognition," said Mattias Hedwall, Chair of the International Commercial & Trade Practice Group. "These rankings recognize the Firm's leading expertise in the International Commercial arena. Given the current geopolitical trends and their impact on businesses particularly on supply chains, I am confident that our global team is up to the challenge of providing best-in-class advice on how to sustainably navigate risks."
