Baker McKenzie has appointed a new management team for its Italian offices for a three-year term, effective immediately.
Francesco Pisciotta (47) is the new managing partner of offices in Milan and Rome, succeeding Lorenzo de Martinis. The new management team is composed of Francesco and partners Massimiliano Biolchini, Alberto Fornari and Lorenzo de Martinis, each with specific responsibilities.
Francesco joined Baker McKenzie in 1998 and is a partner of the tax department in Milan. He assists Italian and foreign multinational groups dealing with international tax planning, domestic and international taxation, and corporate governance matters.
